Lemonade recipe with kiwi and apple

Lemonade recipe with kiwi and apple:

Ingredients:

2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
2 apples, chopped (preferably red for brightness of color)
4-5 lemons
1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
6 cups water (carbonated or plain)
Ice
Lemon slices, kiwi and apple slices for decoration

Instructions:

Peel the kiwis and apples and cut them into small pieces. Put them in a large saucepan.

Squeeze the lemon juice into the same saucepan with kiwi and apples.

Add sugar to the pan.

Put the pan on medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it boil for another 5-7 minutes so that the kiwis and apples become soft and give off the juice.

Remove the pan from the heat and let the infusion cool to room temperature.

Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or often double-layered cheesecloth to remove the pulp and seeds.

Pour the resulting syrup into a large jug and add cold water. Mix it up.

Add ice and mix again.

Serve the lemonade in glasses, garnished with lemon slices, kiwi slices and apple.

This lemonade with kiwi and apple promises you a fruity refreshment with a slight sourness and sweetness, ideal for summer meetings and picnics.
